Reporting Non Religion in Britain

Half of the British population say they have no religion, making non-religion the largest ‘religious’ identity in the UK. The non-religious are the third largest ‘faithgroup’ in the world, with the highest conversion rates. Many non-religious people are atheists, but some are not; most non-religious people still have existential and metaphysical beliefs that shape their lives and their relationships with others. This course will introduce the variety of beliefs and world views within Britain’s non-religious population.
